the Birthday dinner party

Here I am sitting all alone by myself  with my beloved lappy ' Biru ' while Miss Nia & her friends are partying or more to dinner gathering with minimum the fun we adults had ( of course without alcohol, they are like 17 ok ) ... pa seh lor sitting here all alone ( the baby sitter mode is activated )

As one by one of these 17 years old kids are coming in, parading their so grown up clothings & HANDBAGS (ada banyak duit ka dik??) ~!!!!! Not that I'm against it , just that here I am 10 years senior than them wishing I'm 16 once more (without all the responsibilities in the world & handbags) haha just joking =)

The world are changing so does we human. Sometimes these changes are scary, where did it goes our naive self , the kid who dreams of castle & ponnies or unicorns. I miss my younger self when I was so motivated to strike gold or to be exact the kid who has the golden touch o.O

Not that I'm blaming the changes we are going through but I don't want my kids to grow up so supersonic fast. Slow down my children, if you by-pass your youth so quickly, your older version won't appreciate those little things the mother earth can offer you. I'm luckily, my dad used to show us all the animal documentaries he can recorded or bought (mind you it was this ancient video tape where do you have to rewind instead of click on random time) for us to watch every single morning. It was gruesome to watch your favorite animal get caught & eaten by those predators of land/sea/river/sky. what a lesson learn right, but little did we know this what we called circle of life. *so the Lion King*

Well I guess its up to us to make our surrounding are better place, the way we treat people, respecting each others need & what not.

the 1st Day of Chinese New Year

Just few days before the Chinese New Year celebration (to be exact it was the evening of pre New Year Eve) , my family received a shocking news. My dad's sixth sister's husband has passed away in a freak car accident. He was believed to be in the influence of alcohol while behind the wheel. I do still have the trauma of hearing bad news. 

To my beloved cousin BB, Didip & Atea, I'm truly sorry that I didn't attend to your dad's funeral. I wanted to come however due to the condition of my ancient Rocky, I don't dare to drive back to Betong. Plus Sonia was having her lawn bowl tournament on the next day. I believe no comforting words can fill in the empty space Uncle Ben has left. Be strong my beloved cousins, just remember we are here when you need help. 

When the clock strike 12am, my neighborhood was like a war zone except it was full of colours.

Spend my day reading others blog than head to Sushi King for my dinner with my youngest sister Miss Nia.

After a heart-full dinner, we decided to take a walk around the almost empty mall * of cause la, its the 1st day of CNY everyone is on holiday mode*. We went into a DVD selling shop, lucky are we to stumble upon " Dolphin Tale " *been searching for this DVD since last year*. However, I felt like I was being robbed that night because I spend more then RM50 for a dinner & DVD pirated shopping spree *bought 5 of them actually*

How come ar if I'm back in Kuching I barely spend more then RM20 a day. Yes the living expanses is higher in a town like this =(

The movie was truly inspiration to me and I recommend the youth out there to watch this movie because nowadays youth are just taking things for granted, whining about nothing serious & moaned over their never ending soap opera when in fact those OKU people are forever thankful to be able to live another day with a happy heart.

Its been awhile since i update my blog, this is my 4th year in the working work.

So far I have been ups & downs as the modern slave of 21st century, the years has seen me crample to the lowest point of my adult life where I have lost my lovely sister in my 1st year & my dad almost get killed in a freak car accident in my 3rd year.

However, most of the time I enjoy my working life. Althought the fact that I hate the reality when responsibilities knock on my door every morning. 

Lets re-cap my 2011 --->>>

January :
My macho papa was involved in a freak car accident one night, half of the kancil was beyond repair. Praise be to God my dad is alive with medium injuries on his knee. Mr.B flew back too from SG ;') After several days of taking care of my dad (it hurts to see the weaker side of my dad when all this while he was my macho papa), Sonia finally move to Bintulu due to some technical problem we can't solved, the terrible traffic jam every single day.

Our MD Birthday Surprise Dinner 

February:
Celebrated my CNY in Kuching, it was a surprise for Mr.B. Glad to put a big smile on his face when he thought I wont be there.  

March :
The days when I was sent to clear off the MDD insulation account 149 & EEFU. In the middle of March went down to Miri for house haunting with my mom,bro & lil sister.

April :
Its was the final month of me going up & down of the Menara Kidurong Level 4 office as a QS.

May :
Went to Miri during Labour Day & hang out with the girls, checking out the house we wanted to purchase. 

We also took this opportunity to celebrate mom's birthday minus Carl (he has class need to attend).

June:
Went for a holiday with Mr. B & parents to Langkawi, Penang & KL. Attended my high school girlfriend wedding with Mr.B after the holiday.

July :
Finally the 5752 is ours (my sister Isla & me) the biggest birthday present ever =)

Attended my 1st Shell Alignment Workshop for TA preparation.Can you spot the only two ladies in this picture?

August : 
Went home to Kuching for Hari Raya & celebrate it with inik biak families in Satok area.

Not only that, I also spend my day together with Mr.B's family to Lundu for durian eating spree (,^^)v

September :
There goes the most hectic month of 2011. Involved in the SMDS Turnaround as a scheduler.

October:
Final month of SMDS Turnaround, it was a new experience for it was my first time joining Shell Plant Turnaround.

November :
Attended Marlene's Graduation, celebrated Carl's Birthday after 8 years of me leaving home & attended Mr.B best friend wedding reception.

December : 

Spend my Christmas holiday with families & friends was the most rewarding days of my last days of 2011. Attending Syahie & Hassan's Akad Nikah+Sanding on the Christmas, soaking ourselves wet. However, that early morning I was given a rather shocking "good morning" by my uni housemate, Raphael. I saw him pacing up & down in the room, looking pale & what not. *typical Becey Raphael* Cut story short, I have to sent him to Timberland Centre for an emergency treatment *please drink sufficiently enough liquid cause it can lead to kidney stone like my becey housemate, the pain on his face was priceless*. On the 2nd day of Christmas, my dear girlfriend Philoniza are getting married, however the wedding mass was postpone from 11am to 4pm due to flooding in her village. Her families literally have to swim across the river. The 3rd wedding which was on the 3rd day of Christmas,  I had to cancel due to weather conditions & possibilities of flooding. 

Spend my New Year Eve with my beloved one except Isla & Marlene who were out partying with their friends. *Miss Nia was the photographer*

New Year celebration were celebrate with the Sayang family & friends in Bali *look-a-like-hut*

Had a lovely ending of 2011 thought Mr.B is missing in the picture.
